Job Summary
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds as needed. Utilize Hoyer Lift experience to assist residents while enforcing strict health and safety standards. Work flexible full-time or PRN shifts, including nights and weekends, with reliable transportation. Maintain a Certified Nurse Aide certification in Texas and a high school diploma. Prior healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
- Take pride in providing high quality care
- Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
- Reliable transportation
