Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Indian Beach Nursing and Rehab Center in Sarasota, FL. You will assist residents with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming), monitor and record vital signs, help with mobility and transfers, provide emotional support and companionship, and report changes to the nursing staff. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Prior nursing home/long-term care experience is preferred but not required; experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant CNA certification in the state of Florida FL
- Compassion and empathy towards elderly residents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
Desired Qualifications
- CNA certification in Florida
- Experience in nursing home or long-term care
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience
