Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Bradford or Horseheads, NY area in a full-time role providing compassionate, resident-centered care. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), taking and recording vital signs, assisting with mobility and transfers, observing and reporting changes in resident condition, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and documenting care accurately. Requires active CNA certification; CPR certification preferred. Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Competitive benefits offered (health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k)) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid as an additional $4.81/hour during the first year (up to 2,080 hours).
