Job Summary
CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in Idaho Falls, ID – provide in-home patient care as part of Heritage Home Health & Hospice. Follow agency, state, and federal policies; attend required meetings; work with patients and families and other healthcare professionals in the patient's residence. Must hold Idaho CNA certification, CPR (BLS), a valid driver's license with automobile liability insurance, and demonstrate basic computer/documentation skills. One year of clinical experience is preferred but not required.
