Job Summary
Nursing Assistant provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance in long-term care under RN supervision, including vital signs, transfers, ROM exercises, feeding/dining support, grooming, bathing, dressing, and psychosocial support; documents resident interactions, adheres to infection prevention and PPE policies, and participates in wellness/recreational activities while supporting care plans and collaborating with nursing staff.
Required Qualifications
- Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
