Job Summary
Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents in a long-term care setting under the supervision of a registered nurse. Duties include assisting with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, eating, transferring and mobility, documenting resident interactions and vital signs, infection prevention and PPE usage, and supporting wellness and recreational activities. May assist with meals, housekeeping, and completing tasks related to care plans. Requires CNA certification and operates within facility processes; position is full-time with day shifts (8 hours) and 40 hours per week. Salary is $19.00–$25.50 per hour; sign-on bonus of $2,500 available. Minimum education and age requirements include high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) and minimum age of 16.
Required Qualifications
- CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing or in progress of certification (through Endorsement)
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

- CNA training and certification provided by facility
- Annual competency testing and continuing education requirements
