Job Summary
Float Pool CNA providing hospital patient care across age groups in a full-time day-shift role. Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, supports patients’ mobility and acuity needs, participates in practice improvements, follows isolation guidelines and PPE usage, responds appropriately in clinical emergencies, and demonstrates a willingness to upgrade skills. Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) and CNA certification (or CPCT/A) with prior bedside patient care in acute settings preferred.
