Job Summary
Provide direct resident care, observe and report physical conditions or unusual behaviors, and answer call lights promptly. Perform basic nursing skills, encourage self-help measures for activities of daily living, and participate in restorative nursing programs. Transport or escort residents to various areas of the Home. Maintain a supportive environment while adhering to state CNA certification and CPR requirements.
