Job Summary
Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, support mobility through transfers and positioning, and maintain a clean patient environment. Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff while assisting with medical procedures as directed. Provide emotional support to ensure patient comfort. Active CNA certification and previous LTAC experience preferred. 12-hour mid shift (12:00 PM – 12:00 AM) at Crook County Medical Services District.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in LTAC, hospital, or similar healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
