CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans; assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility; monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions to the nursing team; assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning as needed; take and record vital signs accurately and promptly; maintain accurate documentation of resident care and observations; respond promptly to resident requests and call lights; ensure resident rooms and common areas remain clean, safe, and comfortable; promote resident dignity, privacy, and independence; work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care; follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state and federal regulations.
