Job Summary
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting; assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation; monitor vitals and report health changes; assist with meals and hydration; perform living tasks and provide companionship; document care in the software system; position residents for comfort and participate in activities; must be certified to work in West Virginia as a CNA and able to pass background check, drug screen, references, and physical evaluation; weekend and PRN/per diem options with differential pay; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K, PTO/sick time, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities; facility located in Fort Ashby, WV.
