Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistants are needed to provide direct care to residents across Houston, Bibb, Cobb, and surrounding areas in Kathleen, GA. Duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, feeding), helping with medication management, maintaining and documenting care, following care plans, attending trainings (CPR, First Aid, Medication), and coordinating with administration and supervising RN. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for potential resident transport; role involves teamwork, timely documentation, and participating in staff meetings. Sign-on bonus and weekly pay are offered.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience providing direct care preferably to individuals
- Ability to understand, speak, read and write fluent English
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to an operational and insured vehicle
- Strongly prefer understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
- Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily
