Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides personal and nursing care according to the resident care plan, participates in shift reports, and supports activities and daily living for residents. Responsibilities include assisting with resident requests, maintaining a clean and safe environment, preparing residents for activities, documenting activities of daily living, adhering to policies and procedures, participating in training to maintain certification, and contributing to infection control and quality improvement efforts. The role supports a patient-centered, compassionate care environment within Morgantown Healthcare Center as part of the CommuniCare family.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
