CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

As a CNA at Lewisburg Healthcare Center, you will provide personal/nursing care according to the resident care plan, participate in and receive resident reports at shift start/end, facilitate activities, monitor and respond to resident requests with dignity, maintain a clean, safe environment, assist with preparing residents for activities, maintain documentation of activities of daily living and care, and adhere to center policies, infection control standards, and training. You will contribute to a compassionate, person-centered care environment for residents and their families, supporting quality of life and resident well-being.
