Job Summary
Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Provide toileting and incontinence care while supporting transfers, ambulation, and mobility. Prepare meals according to the client's care plan and perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making. Complete grocery shopping and errands when authorized, offer companionship and emotional support, and observe and report changes in the client's condition. Complete required documentation accurately and timely while following all agency policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans. Flexible scheduling available.
