Job Summary
Provide warm, engaging personal care services and support for residents, assisting them with activities of daily living. Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs to collaborate with the Nurse on updating Resident Care Plans. Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Maintain a positive attitude while fostering a supportive environment for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
