Job Summary
Provide compassionate in-home care as a Home Health Aide (HHA)/CNA for BAYADA clients in Burlington and surrounding MA communities. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, range-of-motion exercises, transfers with mechanical lifting devices, oral feeding, and home management tasks (laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.). Flexible day and evening shifts with weekly pay. Must have at least one year of experience or a current HHA/CNA license. BAYADA emphasizes a stable, supportive work environment with ongoing clinical support, scholarship opportunities, and a $500 referral bonus.
