Job Summary
Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting while enforcing strict health and safety standards. Assist with daily activities and utilize Hoyer Lift experience to safely move residents up to 50 pounds. Work full-time 12-hour shifts, including 6a-6p and 6p-6a rotations, with availability for nights, weekends, and PRN coverage. Maintain a validated Certified Nurse Aide certification in Texas and CPR certification. Prioritize continuous learning and demonstrate the physical capability to perform job-related duties. Bring at least one year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Supportive and compassionate
- Take pride in providing high quality care
- Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas
- Reliable transportation
