Job Summary
Assist residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising. Support transfers, transports, and escorts as needed while keeping rooms safe and orderly by changing linens and making beds. Deliver meal service in the dining room, maintain clean living spaces, and engage residents in enriching activities. Provide holistic care and assist with Skilled Nursing duties when required. This role is available in AM (6AM-2PM) and PM (2PM-10PM) shifts, including part-time Sundays and Mondays or full-time options, with a salary of $24-$25.75 per hour. The position offers 401k with employer match, commuter reimbursement, and tuition assistance. Candidates must complete the Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program with current California certification, have strong communication skills, and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Competency Program, with current certification in the state of California
- Required strong communication skills and the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Ability to work in a heath care and CCRC environment
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with customer service is highly preferred
