Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living while providing companionship and reassurance to foster a warm, homelike environment. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care, demonstrating physical stamina for lifting and mobility assistance. Maintain a respectful, positive atmosphere by supporting the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence for residents, families, and staff. Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
