Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including lifting, bending, and mobility support, while fostering a warm, homelike environment that prioritizes dignity and individualized attention. Provide companionship and reassurance to create a comforting atmosphere, collaborating with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care. Maintain a respectful, positive work environment through strong interpersonal communication and a supportive presence. Adhere to C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence while demonstrating the physical stamina required for nursing services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
