Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare meals and special diets while performing general housekeeping activities. Provide transportation assistance to and from activities and offer compassionate companionship to patients. Work independently in accordance with an established plan of care to provide personal needs and comfort in clients' own homes.
Required Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
