Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a CNA in long-term care and assisted living in Augusta, WI. Assist patients with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting) and daily living activities (meal service, feeding, ambulation, hydration). Provide adjunct care including non-sterile dressings, therapeutic treatments, and apply restraints as needed. Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output; ensure patient comfort and safety by responding to requests and reporting observations to the nursing supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA license
