CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant (86274)

Provide direct, hands-on care to residents in a nursing home environment to ensure they attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Assist residents with activities of daily living as outlined in their care plan and complete documentation of resident care as assigned. Follow safety policies and infection control guidelines while reporting changes in resident conditions immediately to the Charge Nurse. Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests while observing their rights including privacy and dignity. Attend facility meetings and in-service training programs as assigned.
