Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure while supporting the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment. Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Active CNA certification in good standing
