Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals as needed. Safely ambulate, turn, and position residents. Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents while supporting a professional, collaborative, and resident-focused team culture.
