Job Summary
Conduct daily personal care for residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Serve meals and manage laundry while adhering to dietary guidelines. Address resident needs promptly with empathy and collaborate with the care team to maintain effective operations. Document observations and updates on resident conditions accurately. Follow safety rules and infection control measures to ensure resident health. Complete ongoing training to improve caregiving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of state competency exam for CNA certification
- Ability to move and assist residents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Genuine care and empathy for residents' well-being
- Accurate recording of resident information and vital signs
- Work well with healthcare professionals as part of Wellness team
- Follow ethical standards and keep resident information private
- Criminal Background Screening is required
