Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, assist with resident mobility and transfers using proper techniques, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Offer emotional support to residents and families while documenting care changes and supporting the team in implementing individualized care plans. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Active CNA certification in good standing
