Job Summary
Provide quality patient care to assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisor. The CNA will work under supervision in a psychiatric-focused facility, delivering rehabilitative and restorative nursing support, interacting with residents with varied diagnoses, maintaining safety and comfort, and contributing to an enjoyable work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Valid CA License Certified Nursing Assistant and BLS provider (CPR Card)
- Preferred experience as a C.N.A in a skilled or behavioral facility and training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service and the desire to be part of a dynamic team.
- This position requires the successful completion of a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening as part of the hiring process
