Job Summary
CNA position in an Ohio Living life plan community providing daily resident and patient care in alignment with Plan of Care, including ADLs, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and safety; performs administrative and reporting duties in EMR and supports infection control, room maintenance, and team communications. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and current Ohio CNA certification; on-the-job training provided. Part-time day and part-time night shifts available; weekend, evening, and holiday availability may be required. Emphasis on compassionate care, resident comfort, and adherence to standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the Ohio Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry
- Experience: None required; on-the-job training provided
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
