Job Summary
CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) needed for all shifts at Brooklyn Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Brooklyn, NY. Duties include observing residents, reporting health issues to the supervising nurse, assisting with personal hygiene (including bed baths and shaving), setting up meals and documenting intake, feeding residents and providing nutritional supplements, making beds and maintaining a clean, safe space, transporting residents within the facility, turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores, and maintaining confidentiality of resident and facility data. Requires successful CNA training, current state CNA certification, and good standing with the state registry; must work well in a team. Equal Opportunity Employer — M/F/D/V.
Required Qualifications
