Job Summary
Provide quality patient care to assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan. Deliver comprehensive support for clients with psychiatric diagnoses transitioning from acute-care treatment to a residential setting, addressing both physical ailments and mental illness. Maintain a kind, competent, and compassionate approach while communicating effectively with residents and supervisors. Full-time AM and PM shifts available with a sign-on bonus for new hires. Background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening required.
Required Qualifications
- Current/Valid CA License Certified Nursing Assistant
- BLS provider (CPR Card)
- Successful completion of a background check
- Pre-employment physical
- Drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience as a C.N.A in a skilled or behavioral facility
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
