Job Summary
Provide compassionate, supportive care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Lift and move patients up to 50 pounds while performing all day physical job-related duties. Work full-time 8-hour shifts across day, evening, and night rotations, including weekends. Maintain a validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner toward patients, families, and team members. Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care is required for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nurse Aide in the State of Texas or Compact State
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (preferred)
