Job Summary
Provide personal care, household support, and companion services to adults following a registered nurse's plan of care. Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, and toileting, while preparing meals, administering medication reminders, and facilitating range of motion exercises. Support ambulation and transfers using mechanical lifting devices, and maintain close relationships to help patients stay safe and independent at home. Travel to assigned clients in Brevard County and surrounding areas as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)
