Assist with resident admission, reception, and data collection while administering direct care focused on personal hygiene, safety, and skin checks. Prepare residents for meals, transport them between facility areas, and collect specimens in a timely manner. Respond to call bells, ensure alarms function per individual plans of care, and communicate condition changes to nurses. Record intake, output, vital signs, toileting, and ambulation data as per facility policy. Demonstrate appropriate restraint application and release during activities. Maintain a clean, safe environment using established safety practices while supporting diagnostic tests and examinations.
