Job Summary
Conduct daily care for elderly residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and documenting any changes in condition for RCC and nursing staff. Execute assigned duties from the Administrator or Resident Care Coordinator while maintaining a compassionate bedside manner with residents, families, and professionals. Work independently as a self-starter within a team environment, handling multiple tasks safely under pressure. Full-time availability for day shifts with flexible scheduling and shift differentials for night and weekend roles.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Self-Starter and able to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
- High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head
- Good communication skills, such as being able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, family members, and professionals
- Ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
- Possess a love for the elderly
- Have a positive and compassionate attitude
- A background check
- Food handlers permit
- CPR/First Aid certification
- TB test
