Job Summary
Conduct personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, meal preparation, and accompanying them on errands or medical appointments. Perform patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, prescribed range of motion exercises, and incontinence care for bed-bound patients. Utilize lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts while performing light housekeeping activities. Weekend shift differentials and employee referral bonuses are available.
Required Qualifications
