Job Summary
Assist residents with activities, treatments, and emotional health as per service plans. Develop and update service plans based on resident needs. Observe and report problems to LPN or Medication Tech/Aid, attend trainings and meetings, and perform duties assigned by the Wellness Director. Must be 18+, communicate effectively in English, and maintain state-required certifications.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
- Meet state or provincial health related requirements
