Job Summary
Provide personal and companion care as a CNA Caregiver in Upper Marlboro, MD for Nest & Care’s clients in Montgomery County. Responsibilities include hands-on care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and hygiene; reading and following each client’s care plan; observing changes in health or behavior and reporting to appropriate personnel; maintaining attendance and following company policies. Requires at least 1 year of caregiving experience, ability to drive and run errands, and availability to work 9am–5pm (or every other day). Required Qualifications
- CMT's with at least one year of caregiving experience in agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, or similar settings
- Caregivers must be able to work 9am–5pm, Monday through Sunday or every other day
- Ability to drive and run errands
- Ability to perform personal and companion care (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, personal hygiene)
- Ability to read and follow client care plans and assessments
- Adherence to company policies including dress code and attendance
- Accurate clock-in/out on client-specific systems
