Job Summary
Provide in-home, one-on-one care to clients in Grandview and Kansas City areas, delivering assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, and daily tasks. Roles include CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA caregivers supporting patients at home with ADLs, bathing, grooming, transfers, vital sign checks, medication assistance, and light housekeeping. Flexible Part Time and PRN schedules with weekly pay, and comprehensive caregiver training, a supportive team, and a values-driven environment at BAYADA Health Care. Prioritize compassionate, reliable support to help clients live independently at home while adhering to care plans and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Active MO CNA license (or applicable CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA certification)
- Experience providing ADL assistance in home health care preferred
- Ability to perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility transfers
- Comfort with medication assistance and vital sign checks
- Flexibility for Part Time and PRN shifts
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate with supervisory team
Desired Qualifications
- CNA/Caregiver certification
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- PCA certification
- DSP certification
- MO CNA license
- CPR/First Aid (commonly required)
- In-home care experience (1:1 care)
- ADL assistance
- Vital signs checks
- Transfer using mechanical lifting devices
