Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods, assisting with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and incontinence care. Monitor resident well-being, maintain accurate care records, and communicate changes to the Resident Services Director promptly. Support Memory Care residents with dementia-informed care and promote a safe, clean environment while building meaningful relationships with residents and families. Work three 12-hour shifts weekly in Kansas City's elegant senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Kansas
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience
- Successfully complete required dementia training
- Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- Assisted Living or Memory Care experience
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) in good standing with the state licensing or certifying agency
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
