Provide direct personal care for residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, while assisting with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall recovery. Lift and move items up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift. Maintain accurate resident documentation using computer skills to print documents and enter information. Foster human connection and empathy during vulnerable moments to create an inclusive, positive environment. Work the 7:00pm to 7:00am rotation on alternating weeks at The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, Kansas, with a starting wage of $17.50 to $24.25 per hour and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
