Job Summary
Deliver compassionate overnight care to residents by answering call lights promptly and assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation safely while turning and repositioning residents to prevent skin issues. Provide meals, hydration, and emotional companionship, then measure and document vital signs, intake/output, and report any condition changes to nursing staff. Maintain a clean, safe environment during the 10 PM to 6 AM shift.
Required Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Must be available for 3rd shift (10 PM – 6 AM)
- Must be able to lift and assist with residents
- Must be able to measure and document vital signs
- Must be able to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
- Must be able to provide emotional support and genuine companionship
Desired Qualifications
- Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience
