Job Summary

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and provide daily assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care. Monitor vital signs, report changes to the healthcare team, and assist with medication administration and procedures as directed. Engage residents through recreational activities and one-on-one interactions while maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress. Work shifts exclusively on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at American Medical Administrators LTC.

Required Qualifications

  • CNA certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
