CNA role at Royal Health facilities delivering resident-centered care in long-term, sub-acute, and memory care settings. Responsibilities include assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating), monitoring vital signs, responding to emergencies, assisting with hospice care, safe lifting and transfers, maintaining infection control, documenting information per HIPAA, and collaborating with the health-care team to provide comprehensive care. Must be state-certified with strong clinical skills, compassion, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals is required.
