Job Summary
Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to the RN or LPN while charting in the POC system. Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks throughout your shift. Maintain good communication skills and ensure all residents are treated with dignity, respect, and their choices within their lives. This role requires BLS Certification and must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry. Required Qualifications
