Job Summary
Provide direct resident care, report condition changes to RN or LPN, and chart in the POC system. Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks while ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect. Maintain good communication skills and English proficiency, and hold BLS certification. This role offers a robust benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and vision, with a salary range of $23.05-$26.74 per hour plus a $3.15 shift differential. Required Qualifications
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
