Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing excellence in patient care. Demonstrate a commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. Requirements include current North Carolina CNA certification, a high school diploma, and zero years of experience preferred.
