Job Summary
Read and implement care plans for assigned residents, responding promptly to pendant calls and alarms while promoting independence and self-care. Conduct visual safety checks at shift start and communicate resident status to the next shift. Maintain accurate records of care delivered, incident reports, and changes in condition reported to nursing. Demonstrate empathy, uphold infection control policies, and ensure a clean, orderly environment respecting resident rights. Part-time position in Lehi, UT. Requires current CNA license, CPR certification, and fingerprint card.
