Job Summary
Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per their assessment and care plan under supervision; duties include identifying residents, recording information with approved abbreviations, reporting changes to Nurse Supervisor, documenting accurately on flow sheets and charts, maintaining confidentiality of resident information, assisting with daily living activities, helping with meals and hydration, ensuring readiness of resident rooms, observing and reporting changes in health status, and complying with policies/procedures; requires CNA license and ability to assist with transferring, lifting up to 25 pounds, and coordinating with nursing staff.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state
- CPR Preferred
